LICENSES & APPROVALS

Special Employee Licence

Application for Category A, B and C1 Special Employee Licences

An application for a Category A, Category B and Category C1 licence is to be made by a casino operator (or a person intending to apply for a casino licence) on behalf of its employee or any person it proposes to employ. This means that you cannot apply directly to CRA for a licence. Instead, your prospective employer (the casino operator) will apply for the licence for you. Please refer to the Application Guide for Category A, Category B and Category C1 Special Employees which outlines the application process and requirements for Category A, Category B and Category C1 licences.

Application for Category C2 Special Employee Licence

An application for a Category C2 licence is to be made by the employer of an applicant for a Category C2 licence. Please refer to the Application Guide for Category C2 Special Employees which outlines the application process and requirements for Category C2 licences.
