Junket Promoter & Junket Representative Licence

Application for Junket Promoter Licence

Application for Junket Representative Licence

An application for a Junket Representative Licence shall be made by a licensed junket promoter (or an applicant for a junket promoter licence) on behalf of any person he or it intends to employ to organise, promote or conduct a junket. Patron Dispute Report

The request for an investigation by the CRA Inspector to investigate gaming dispute shall be made in writing via the Patron Dispute Report.

The completed Patron Dispute Report must be submitted to the CRA via an email to CRA_ICD@cra.gov.sg, faxed to +65-6273-0917 or mailed in to:

Request for Reconsideration of the CRA Inspector's Decision

The request to the Authority for reconsideration of the CRA Inspector's decision shall be made in writing via the official Reconsideration Form not later than 15 days after the date of an Inspector's decision.

The completed Reconsideration Form must be submitted to the CRA via an email to feedback@cra.gov.sg, faxed to +65-6273-0917 or mailed in to:

Special Employee Licence

Application for Category A, B and C1 Special Employee Licences

An application for a Category A, Category B and Category C1 licence is to be made by a casino operator (or a person intending to apply for a casino licence) on behalf of its employee or any person it proposes to employ. This means that you cannot apply directly to CRA for a licence. Instead, your prospective employer  (the casino operator) will apply for the licence for you. Please refer to the Application Guide for Category A, Category B and Category C1 Special Employees which outlines the application process and requirements for Category A, Category B and Category C1 licences.

Application for Category C2 Special Employees

An application for a Category C2 licence is to be made by the employer of an applicant for a Category C2 licence. Please refer to the Application Guide for Category C2 Special Employees which outlines the application process and requirements for Category C2 licences.
